Honey is like wine: different varieties made by bees in different locations have distinctive tastes. Hammonton, New Jersey, is know as the blueberry capital of the world. So it is no surprise that Blueberry Honey is a classic New Jersey variety.

Blueberry honey is not honey to which blueberry flavor has been added. It is the result of bees gathering nectar from the tiny white flowers of the blueberry bush. This nectar makes a honey which is typically light amber or amber in color with a full, well-rounded flavor.
