Magnesium (elemental from 590 mg complex of Magnesium Oxide and Citrate) 333 mcg
Zinc (elemental from 41 mg Zinc Oxide) 25 mg
Other Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water, zinc oxide], Sunflower Lecithin and Beeswax.
