Habanero Peppers, Whole Dried
Once considered the hottest chili, Habanero Chili Peppers are related to Scotch Bonnets, and rated Very Hot 100,000–350,000 on the Scoville scale. Its floral sweet-hot flavor is popular in West Indian dishes, hot sauce, and cocktails, and is often paired with mango in salsas. A little goes a long way. Wear gloves when handling.
