When ripe, the skin of ripe papayas is orange. The delicious flesh is loaded with antioxidants, fiber and vitamins C, A, B9, Lycopene, and Potassium, and trace amounts of calcium, magnesium, B1, B3, B5, E and K. It also contains the enzyme papain, used to tenderize meat.

  • Top with Greek yogurt, berries and nuts for a healthy breakfast.
