Our sushi-grade albacore tuna makes a fast and healthy omega-3 rich meal. Albacore tuna loins are frozen and packaged as boneless, 6-ounce pieces that diners can enjoy either raw or cooked. We like to keep a few packages in the freezer at home, ensuring we are never more than a few minutes away from a delicious, healthy meal.

“For Japanese style sashimi, using a very sharp knife, slice the tuna into thin slices that are translucent. For best results, cut the medallions while still partially frozen. Garnish with ginger and wasabi or Italian carpaccio style with lemon, capers and a good olive oil.”
